Glowingly.

Neon Indian is the recent conception of Summer classic filters and otherworldly electronic synth - but more so sound. The tunes of Vega and ex-Ghosthustler Alan Palomo and his band of Neon Indian has had a breakout season with 'Deadbeat Summer' signaling their sprawling intentions into the hearts and minds of the american teen sweating and refreshing. However before I commit overkill to the 'blogged to death' aforementioned, I instead have come across their remix of Au Revoir Simone. This remix is alittle example of glo-fi remixing pleasure, taking the soft-felt croon of ARSimone's vocals with a wavy-synth touch over a hazy production of glittering refractions of faded static noise.
Really a bookend to summer, beginning or end. (Neon Indian to tour Oz next Jan)

So I thought I'd also post alittle unknown but once blogged, American-College-student-artist Retro Dream. With a sweet melody of electro it will be a great reflection ('Nostalgic' is the title of the track) of the summer at your door step.
