God this guy is impressive and continues the new and transforming club scene tunes on behalf of Bang Gang 12" and now Modular. It's refreshing when you have these individuals who hail from a technically savvy and musically capable background (in this case the late Damn Arms) and proceed to express subjective musical tastes and create original sounds - after all its a musicians club scene he produces . Yama Indra (his father named him) and his moniker G.L.O.V.E.S is by far a perfect prodigy of such TVITC theorems. His musical tastes are "RnB (old & new), 70’s Jazz, 70’s Psych" along with an extensive knowledge and fledging for disco and house. With this infused, his latest 12" P.Y.X is a stunner. Aurally giving birth to the old disco and house vs the slab baselines of a club beat, his concoction is fresh and entertaining.
