Enjoying the finer condiments in life, crossing the pacific and enjoying the weather of a panther-esque night out with days of glowing sun-drenched comforts that echo in hues until the fading of their light behind the mountains of 10pm. This was the fortunate imagery of my recent escapades of weddings, family ties, food & beverage consumption and photo diarising in the Pacific Northwest of the North American Continent. It was balmy to journey through the northern hemisphere's summery winds and heat, sampling a very relaxed heat and invigorating sun, I went from Seattle crossing borders through cars & ferries to Canada, visiting "Beautiful British Columbia" and the reginald province of Victoria before swooping in on Vancouver.
You pick up on alot of perceptions and bide your own theories as you travel your proverbial homeland and its refreshing. Something new and different that isn't witnessed so often and yet can seemingly be very familiar. Your mind widens and the possibilities astound you. Family ties are astute. Culture broad and defined. Its all your expectations but sometimes when you get what you ask for, it can become overwhelming. It's easy to forget the size and breadth of the world when you paint the town of oxford street every saturday night.
BLAH Enough figurative reflections of mine, it was a grand ol' time.
Frivolous debauchery, iconoclastic bastardization and mellow gold. Hit up some great locales in Van-town that I was chuffed with. Alife and Livestock stores are king.
While I was gone however, I missed out on the blogoshpere, so I have recently just become acclimatized. All is good & G.L.O.V.E.S (teaser)
Some new and exciting things the next 2 weeks. I've conformed to a wider and hopefully more enjoyable discernment of a 'goodtime'.
Soon you'll be hearing about it.
