Swedish Pop 'n' No Rock! v2.0

Some new Radio Dept. came through the other week and again its a prime example of Sweden's Labrador record's predisposition to dreamy floating-reverb- new-age shoegaze. This time its an early taster to their upcoming album 'Clinging To A Scheme' (after a slew of EP's in recent years). Having soundtracked my sunny sunday afternoons and their activities (or lack thereof) since discovering them back in 2006, their new material has me back in step with their elated, deep tonal ranges. Still able to sound worldly - they transform any medial task into a purposeful pursuit. Like a sunday afternoon.
Keep it sunny with some new Radio Dept:

Heaven's On Fire - The Radio Dept.

David - The Radio Dept.

Clinging To A Scheme is out April 21st.
